Hypnosis is a very time efficent method in itself. I do not utilise any hocus pocus or show hypnosis. I only use what works, so you can reach your goals faster and more efficently.
Everyone’s subconscious is different. That is why I don’t use skripts, but instead base my therapy on the resources my client already possesses and build up from there.

What is hypnosis?
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Every person that has a subconscious can be hypnotized. You don’t have to “believe” in it for it to work. The only thing that differs is the speed and the efficency of the desired change. This depends on the willingness of the person to listen to his or her subconscious.
Is one hypnosis session enough to solve my problem?
How long is a hypnosis session?
Because the subconscious needs time to process the new inputs, multiple sessions of one hour are mostly more successful that one longer session.
Will I cluck like a chicken?
Hypnotherapy does not have much in common with stage hypnosis.
