Efficient

Hypnosis is a very time efficent method in itself. I do not utilise any hocus pocus or show hypnosis. I only use what works, so you can reach your goals faster and more efficently.

Creative

Everyone’s subconscious is different. That is why I don’t use skripts, but instead base my therapy on the resources my client already possesses and build up from there.

The most searched for issues for hypnotherapy

Weight loss

With all the subconscious factors that can be at play with weight problems, sustainable weight loss can be a difficult. With hypnosis we can uncover the subconscious processes and deal with them sucessfully. This way sustainable weight loss gets easier and simpler.

Stop smoking

Out of all the methods to stop smoking hypnosis has proven to be one of the most successful. With hypnosis we can eliminate the subconscious “want” and “need” for cigarettes. For a smoke free future.

Depression

Treatment of depression is one of my specialtys. Hypnosis is very good method to get depressed people out of their doom and gloom state of mind because we can use it to change the focus of their thinking. This way the future can look bright again.

Frequently asked questions about hypnosis

What is hypnosis?
There are many explanations about what hypnosis is. For me it is a state of mind where the conscious and the unconscious mind can communicate more efficently than in the normal, fully awake state. Hence a hypnotherapist can give suggestions to the subconscious in order to resolve problems.
Can everyone be hypnotized?

Every person that has a subconscious can be hypnotized. You don’t have to “believe” in it for it to work. The only thing that differs is the speed and the efficency of the desired change. This depends on the willingness of the person to listen to his or her subconscious.

Is one hypnosis session enough to solve my problem?
It is very well possible that a problem can be solved within one session. But there is no single answer to this question because many aspects factor into it. Generally two to three sessions spread over a couple weeks can bring the desired change.
How long is a hypnosis session?
I only do sessions of one hour.
Because the subconscious needs time to process the new inputs, multiple sessions of one hour are mostly more successful that one longer session.
Will I cluck like a chicken?
No, unless you’d like to.
Hypnotherapy does not have much in common with stage hypnosis.
What is the subconcious?
The subconcious is a combination of all the processes that go on in our body and brain. For instance our immune system or feelings or our heartbeat. The subconcious also filters our surroundings and only passes certain informations to our conscious mind.
